Modern technology enables us to communicate far more efficiently and much of what we needed to do in a clinical consultation can be done over the internet via a video link.
What sorts of problems are suitable for a video consultation?
There are many conditions and problems that can be assessed via video consultation and this includes:
- Ingrowing toenails
- Verrucae
- Deformities such as bunions (Hallux Valgus), hammertoes, flat feet etc.
- Many painful conditions such as tendonopathies
- Some gait abnormalities
