If you intend to claim your consultation fees from a medical insurance policy, please check that you are covered with your insurance company and whether you require a GP or specialist referral for this purpose. We are registered with most insurance companies, so please contact us if there are any problems.

| Custom orthotics (shoe inserts) cost £320 per pair (requires cast & measure and fitting consultations as minimum). The total cost for orthotics includes the consultation fees to take the necessary casts / scans, write the prescription and issue the orthoses. Orthotics are not covered by private medical insurance. | |

When to pay
All fees are to be paid on the day of your visit, including patients with medical insurance unless a pre-authorisation number is provided prior to the consultation. A receipt will be issued to allow you to re-claim this from your insurer. Although payment is covered by the insurance company, you are responsible for all costs fee incurred. Payment is accepted by cash/cheque/debit/credit card
Cancellations
A cancellation period of 24 hours is necessary to avoid a charge.
